: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to take necessary action to prevent the respondent Nos.7 and 8 from charging and collecting fee, in the name of School text Book fees or any kind of fees from the below named students admitted under Section 12(c) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, who are studying in the respondent Nos.7 and 8 school, namely 1.Mohana Priya, daughter of Aiyyanar, 2.K.Ragavendra, Son of Kumar, 3.Safana Asmi, Daughter of Sahul Hamed, 4.Logesh, Son of Muthuvellaichamy, 5.Lavanaya, Daughter of Amutha, 6. Mahalakshmi, Daughter of Manimaran, 7.Lithesh Lio, Son of Velmurugan, 8.Siva Rubini, Daughter of Muthupandi, 9.Suthersan, Son of Maruthupandi, 10.
Sivaneshwaran, Son of Ananth, 11. Sakthi Priya, daughter of Radha Krishnan, 12.Harini, Daughter of Ramachandran, 13.Nathuvarshan, Son of Chandran, 14.Mukilan, Son of Balamurugan all the above said students are studying in L.K.G. in the respondent No.6 School, 1.Ajay Son of Pandiyarajan, studying U.K.G. in the respondent No.6 School, 1.Nithish, Son of Bala Subramanian, 2.Siva Kartigeyan, Son of Gopal, 3.Muthu Sakthivel, Son of Madurai Veeran, 4.
5. Jaya, Daughter of Pownraj, 6.Akash, Son of Pandiyarajan, 7.Gowtham, Son of Govindharaj the above said students are studying in L.K.G. in the respondent No.7 school, consequently, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 for strictly instruct the respondent Nos.7 and 8 for not to discriminate the children studying under weaker group and disadvantaged section under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
