The present writ petition has been filed challenging the second show cause notice issued by the respondent Town Panchayat calling upon the writ petitioner to deposit the security deposit for having been successful bidder for collecting the license fee from the daily vegetable market. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner was the licensee up to 31.03.2025 and thereafter, from 01.04.2025 onwards, it has been allotted to one Gnanamukesh.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
