This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.13 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2016 has been completed and a final report has also been filed in C.C.No.11 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.
