Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2022 will be considered and disposed of within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel for the respondent further submits that one M.Pushparaj, who filed W.P.(MD). No.9681 of 2021 has obtained an order, dated 04.06.2021. As per the order, the representation of the aforesaid M.Pushparaj has to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. The said M.Pushparaj has claimed rival ownership of the property. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have rejected the representation of the said M.Pushparaj.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
