ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Cr.No.05/2020 dated 04.06.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police All Women Police Station Rajapalayam, the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that after completion of investigation, final report was filed on 23.11.2023 through e-filing before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner can get a copy of the final report and challenge the same, if he is so aggrieved. There shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report, within the time stipulated as per rules.
