O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, the private respondents no.3 to 9 have forged the documents and cheated the petitioner by creating forged documents. Therefore, she lodged a complaint dated 12.12.2024, but so far, no action has been taken. Hence, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 1 and 2 would submit that they received the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.12.2024 and the same is under Page No. 2 of 4

consideration. However, the petitioner has not cooperated for enquiry by producing sufficient documents.

4. Considering the prayer of the petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent on 22.03.2025 and produce all the documents available with her. After receipt of the documents, the 2nd respondent has to dispose of the same after affording opportunities to both the parties, within a period of one week.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
