ORDER

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The writ petitioner in her affidavit had stated that she had purchased three properties in Madurai West, Vada Palzhanji Village in Survey No.96/1 to an extent of 0.20.00 Hectares; Survey No.96/2A to an extent of 0.34.50 Hectare and Survey No.96/2B2 to an extent of 0.50.0 Hectare through registered documents in the office of Sub Registrar, Thirupparankundram. She claimed that in the revenue records her name was mutated. She has not developed the properties and kept the property as vacant. The petitioner is aged about 80 years. She wants to settle the property. She was informed that the boundaries has not been demarked properly. In this connection, she gave a representation dated 03.12.2019 seeking demarcation of the properties.

After hearing Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, a direction is issued to both the respondents namely, the Tahsildar, Madurai West, Taluk Office, Theni Main Road, Madurai and the Land Surveyor, Madurai West, Madurai, to issue notice to the petitioner and undertake the process of measuring and surveying the properties given in the representation dated 03.12.2019. The entire exercise shall be completed on or before 15.08.2020.

4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
