ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the petiitoner's online application for subdivision and transfer of patta. The said application has been made on 04.12.2024.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering that the petitioners' application is only for subdivision and transfer of patta subsequent to the alienations made retaining 38 cents, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' application dated 04.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
