This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.8 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 1/4

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file by the learned Magistrate in CC No.634 of 2023 on 01.06.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
