ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 r/w. 7(1) a (ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.192 of 2012 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.261 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is constrained to direct the petitioner to appear in person to file a petition under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C. for recalling the Non-Bailable Warrant before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and in the event of filing such an application, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul is directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits on the same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
