ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 08.05.2017. The marital relationship appears to have come under strain. The petitioner has filed MC No.148 of 2018 before the Family Court, Nagercoil. The respondent filed HMOP No.67 of 2018 before the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.In the very nature of things, both the matters will have to be tried together. The respondent is working in Bangalore. Therefore, this Court withdraws HMOP No.67 of 2018 from the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transfers the same to the Family Court, Nagercoil to be tried along with MC No.148 of 2018. Since the respondent based in Bangalore, his personal appearance before the court below is dispensed with. Of course, the respondent has to appear on counselling dates and on those days when his appearance is absolutely necessary. On other hearing dates, he can be represented through counsel.
