Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19500 of 2016:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., preventing the Respondents to evict the petitioner from the property in S.No.64 Kilamadam village, Thenkarai Group, Nachiyapuram Sub-Taluk, Tirupattur -Taluk, Sivagangai District without due process of law and consequently directing the Respondents to protect the Petitioner and her family members by ex-communicate once again from anyone in the jurisdiction of the 3rd and 4th respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 29.08.2016 were enquired into by the fourth respondent and the same was closed on 10.10.2016.

3. Recording the said submission, both the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
