ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for first respondent, the court made the following order:- The de-facto complainant has filed this petition seeking cancellation of Anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 4 / Accused Nos.1, 2 & 8 in Crl.OP(MD0 No.19366 of 2019, dated 20.01.2020 in connection with Crime No.100 of 2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.It is seen that the undertaking given before this Court was not complied with. Therefore, the order dated 20.01.2020, granting Anticipatory Bail to the accused in Crime No.100 of 2019, stands cancelled.
