Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.66 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that at the time of group clash, the defacto complainant was attacked by the petitioners and their family members and sustained injury.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
