RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for complying the interim order granted by this court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.7336 of 2020 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.698 of 2020 dated 01.03.2021 for deposit 50 percent of the arrears amount of monthly maintenance.

PRAYER in CRL RC.(MD) No.698 of 2020 :

To set aside the order 18.10.2019 made in M.C.No.96 of 2013 on the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai and allow the above Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SURESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.This Court by order, dated 01.03.2021 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7336 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.698 of 2020 directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears amount within a period of four weeks from the date of the order and to deposit 50% of the monthly maintenance amount every month i.e. on or before 5th day of every English Calender month before the trial Court. If the above condition is not complied, the stay order granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition, he seeks extension of time to comply with the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.5171 of 2021 3.This Court granted time till 12.08.2021 to comply with the condition. However, the petitioner has not complied with the condition so far.
