ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction directing the Respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and her Sisters.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.78 of 2023. In the representation, the petitioner stated that the private parties are misusing the Masjid property and also made an allegation that they were criminally intimidated him. 3.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner as well as the private respondents by issuing summons and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the second respondent may consider the representation given by the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
