ORDER

When this Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has expressed its non-inclination to entertain this petition at this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final report, if any, filed as against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made a request that the grounds raised in the petitioner's representation shall also be considered by the respondent Police in the course of investigation.

2. It is needless to mention that the Investigating Officer shall conduct enquiry in a fair manner and while doing so, the Investigating Officer shall consider the grounds raised by the petitioner in his representation and file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
