Respondents PRAYER:- Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of reduction in pay in Na.Ka.No.60 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014 on the file of the respondent No.5 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.5 to fix the same grade pay of Rs.5,400/- and the minimum basic pay Rs.15,600/- with effect from 01.01.2006, the monetary benefit being with effect from 01.01.2011 as per G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (Pay cell) Department, dated 12.01.2011.
