ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.27 of 2016 on 09.10.2016 for the offences punishable under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C. The respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
