ORDER

This Petition has been filed to directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.07.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 02.07.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
