ORDER

The petitioner seeks a limited relief of survey application dated 30.09.2024, submitted by him, being disposed of.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has sought for survey identifying the four boundaries and laying stones in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.32/3A1 in Patta No.5423, Sethur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner has also given a representation on 08.02.2024.

4. Considering the above, it would suffice to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct a survey and pass final orders in the petitioner's 2/4

application as well as the representation mentioned herein above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
