ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2016 for offences punishable under Section 3(1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss), Act 1992 in Crime No.179 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners pelted stones on the front glass of the bus and caused damage and to the bus.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
