Heard Mr. V.A.Dhana Aravindha Balaji, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. S.Prabha, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instruction submitted that as against the petitioner no case is pending on the file of the respondents 1 and 2 and they are not harassing the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
