This Criminal Appeal filed under section 14-A(II) of Scheduled castes and Schedule Tribes(prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 (Amendment Act at 2016), to set aside the order passed in Crl.MP(MD) 92 of 2022 dated 17/02/2022, on the file of the II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli and allow the Criminal Appeal and enlarge the Appellant on Bail concerned in Crime No.40 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Navaneetharaj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms.M.Aasha,, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.107 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.107 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
