Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAXMAN K.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.2559 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14519 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18358 of 2022 dated 13.02.2023 to appear and to show surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai for a further period of two weeks.

CRL MP(MD) No.4722 of 2023 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
