ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested by the respondent police on 04.08.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No. 136 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that totally there are two accused in this case and the specific overt act attributed against this petitioner is that she caught hold of the deceased in order to enable the first accused to commit murder of the deceased and three months old baby also died along with her.

3. Even though it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that A1 and the deceased had illicit relationship and the petitioner was trying to make compromise between them, there is no question of compromise in respect of illegal relationship, if any.

4.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and the specific overt act attributed against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
