Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent No.1 to instruct the Respondent No.2 for not to intervene the construction of the building of the petitioner's dwelling house and not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.12.2016, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent for not to intervene the construction of the building of the petitioner's dwelling house and not to harass the petitioner under the guise enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.12.2016, within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

conducted and subsequently the same has been closed and the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
