This Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking quash of the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard Mr. A.K.Manickam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. S.Prabha, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instruction submitted that after investigation charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Since the charge sheet has been filed, this petition to quash the F.I.R. is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
