It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that after investigation, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.375 of 2016, dated 27.09.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of I.P.C. against the accused persons.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
