Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.228 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.04.2018, due to the previous motive, accused No.1 along with others assaulted the defacto complainant, thereby, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries and he gave a complaint before the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
