O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2544 of 2024 vide order dated 14.03.2024 directing the petitioners/accused No.1 to 3 were directed to appear before Rameshwaram Temple Police Station at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m for 15 days.
2. Due to commercial transaction in selling of Tea shop, wordy quarrel arose between the parties and a case in Crime No.92 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC. Therefore, the petitioners have filed Crl.M.P.No.2544 of 2024 before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, seeking anticipatory bail and the same was allowed on 14.03.2023 with the condition that the petitioners appear and sign before the Rameshwaram Temple Police Station at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m for 15 days.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it is very difficult for the petitioners to appear before the Rameshwaram Temple Police Station at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m for 15 days. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, " C " condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.2544 of 2024 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 14.03.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
