Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.2384/2014 Aa 2 dated 24.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner's name for occupied house site in S.No.274/3, Sembiyan Maha Devi Pattinam, Kuppa Devan Village, Peraoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District as per G.O.Ms.No.854 Revenue Department dated 30.12.2006 and consequential G.O.Ms.No.142 Revenue Department dated 23.05.2013.
