O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 04.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 04.04.2015, it is seen that the petitioner herein had attempted to give bribe to the Corporation Officials for getting allotment of a Shop owned by the Corporation, which itself is an offence. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the complaint, dated 04.04.2015, lodged by the petitioner, to give positive direction to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
