PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 205 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent or any other investigation agency.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 205 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent or any other investigation agency.

2. On the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.205 of 2015 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C and thereafter completed enquiry closed the same as 'Action Dropped' on 13.02.2021, therefore no investigation is pending on the file of the fourth respondent, hence, transfer of investigation does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report

submitted by the fourth respondent in the manner known to law, if so, advised.
