ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner, on 05.03.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for taking action against the second respondent, who is the President of the Society on the ground that he has committed various illegalities.

2.When the matter was taken up for admission, on 17.04.2021, this Court directed the learned Government Counsel to take instructions from the first respondent with regard to the progress on the representation given by the petitioner. Thereafter, it was again posted, on 17.06.2021. Once again, the matter is posted today. There seems to be no progress in the representation made by the petitioner and the same was reported by the learned Government Counsel.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.8002 of 2021 there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the representation / complaint made by the petitioner, on 05.03.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the second respondent and take a decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
