This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry against the erring officials in the Taluk Office and to take action against them by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 09.03.2021.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a false Legal Heirship Certificate was issued by the concerned officials in the year 2010 and a false Death Certificate was issued in the year 2012 and based on the same, documents were executed in the year 2012. The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2021 seeking for taking action against the erring officials.

3. Heard Mr.R.Gowrishankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
4. In the considered view of this Court, this writ petition is hit by latches. It is too late in the day to identify the concerned officials who had acted in the years 2010 and 2012 respectively. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the documents that have been executed with respect to the subject property, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the concerned Civil Court.
5. This Court does not find any ground to grant the relief claimed by the petitioner. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
