Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.This contempt petition is not maintainable. On 01.03.2023, I had directed the authorities to dispose of the petitioner's representation. I granted twelve weeks time to pass final order. The said period has not expired. Therefore, this contempt petition will not lie. The provocation 2/4
for fling this contempt petition appears to be that the authorities had taken steps to issue patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The learned Special Government Pleader clarifies that no person has been issued with patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands. He further states that if there is any such proposal, before doing so, the request of the petitioners will be disposed of.
3.Recording the stand of the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
