ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 4 to 6 to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action based on the complaint dated 06.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has lodged complaint 2/6

against her husband and brother -in-law and already so many complaints were enquired and closed. Now the petitioner has sent representation dated 06.02.2025 and the same was also under enquiry but the petitioner has not co-operated for enquiry. However they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the sixth respondent also admitted the receipt of complaint dated 06.02.2025, it is for the sixth respondent to conduct enquiry. If the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry by citing the same reason the sixth respondent can close the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
