Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4686 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
