Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 31.07.2024 to survey the land and lay the boundary stones to petitioner's land in S.No. 90/2D1 to the extent of 20 cents situated at Kalluthu Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

The petitioner, based on his registered sale deed and also the patta, has made an application on 31.07.2024. He has also given a representation on 07.03.2025 seeking action to be taken on his application for survey.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 31.07.2024 and the representation dated 07.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of the first respondent requiring any police protection, necessary application may be made in advance to the third respondent, who shall ensure the sufficient police personnel are provided to secure the respondents 1 & 2 at the time of survey. No costs.
