This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 26.11.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020, in O.S.No.569 of 2014, on the file of the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.I.A.No.1 of 2020 was filed by this petitioner/defendant to send for the document ie., suit pronote for comparison of signature of Late Paneerselvam, to Forensic Department. Already the petitioner was set exparte and the petition to set aside exparte decree was filed by the petitioner, belatedly after four years with written statement. In the written statement filed by the petitioner, he has simply denied the execution of pronote and not disputed the signature of late Paneerselvam and no contemporary documents filed along with this petition. C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 860 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the trial Court has rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no valid reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
