ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and to fence the property, on the basis of the petitioner's representation to the 2nd respondent dated 20.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and fourth respondent and the respondents 1 and 2 cannot interfere in such a dispute.

3. It is the case of the fourth respondent that the petitioner is erecting the fencing in his property.

4. Admittedly, there is a land dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and hence, there cannot be any direction as prayed for. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court.
