RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl MP(MD) No.14957/2023 in Crl A (MD) No.949/2023 dt.29.02.2024, by directing the petitioner to execute two blood sureties with Aadhaar Card and Bank Pass Book instead of (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Sessions Judge Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14957 of 2023 on 29.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not have any blood relatives and hence, he prayed to modify the condition as regular sureties instead of blood sureties.
3. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to modify the condition as prayed for by the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on both sides, the condition No.(i) imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14957 of 2023 on 29.02.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a 2/3
sum of Rs.25,000/- with two regular sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.
