ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.265 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022 for the offences under Sections 406 of IPC on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to third respondent for an investigation of the case by the competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
