This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the second respondent police,to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.30 of 2016 dated 25.11.2016 and file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the respondent police completed investigation and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orthanadu and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No. 26 of 2019.
