No. 4137/A3/LC/2014 dated 13.05.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to give 2 more marks for the questions Nos. 46 and 81 concern to the petitioner and further direct the respondents to call the petitioner for Certificate Verification afresh and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of Physical Education Director Grade-I in any of the Higher Secondary Schools.
