Respondent / Respondent / Respondent / Complainant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9512/2023 in Crl.A (MD)No.516/2022 dt.7/3/2024, by directing the petitioner to execute two sureties with a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) instead of "i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two blood sureties each for a lke sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur."

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9512 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.516 of 2022 dated 07.03.2024, by directing the petitioner to execute two sureties with a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) instead of "(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur".
2.This Court considered the request of the petitioner and directed Government Advocate (Crl. Side) to verify the sureties.
3.On verification, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the proposed sureties are genuine one.
4. This Court Perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being 2/4
satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
