ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2517 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025.

2. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditions only for 15 days.

3. In response to the above said submission, Mr.C.Ezhilarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the sole bread winners of the family. Hence, they are not able to comply with the conditions for seven days.

5. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

6. Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2517 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
