ORDER

The petitioners, who are Accused Nos.5 and 6, have moved this petition to 1/3

suspend the sentence imposed on them, by the learned II Additional District Court for CBI Cases, Madurai, in C.C.No.4 of 2012, by its Judgment dated 05.02.2025.

2. This Court has considered the earlier petitions filed by the petitioners along with A1 and dismissed the same, by a common order dated 07.03.2025, in Crl.M.P. (MD)Nos.2706 and 2783 of 2025.

3. Considering the nature of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
