Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari or appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ by call for records of impugned order of suspension by the 1st respondent dated 25/01/2021 in Na.Ka.No.A7/2523/2020 quash the same and pass such any or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2220 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021.

2.When this Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2220 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition, to that effect.
